WANTED: Sansui AU series or Marantz 22xx series for restoration in Chelsea, Quebec for sale

I will help you to restore your old beloved Marantz 22xx series receiver or Sansui AU series amplifier to like new condition/performance.
I can refinish wooden cabinets.
I also know how to do audiophile grade mods to greatly improve performance of stock AU-8500, AU-9500, AU-9900, AU-11000 and AU-20000.
There are 4 different types of work done on vintage amps/receivers:
* Basic service (1-4 hours depending on specific design): thorough cleaning, replacing burnt out lamps, Deoxit treatment, adjusting bias and DC offset, lubing gears and switching mechanisms, testing.
* Refurbishing: Basic service + replacing power supply caps and selected weak capacitors in other circuit boards + re-soldering of cold solder joints + sometimes refinishing the case.
* Complete restoration: usually very time consuming (6-20 hours); refurbishing + replacing ALL capacitors + tuner alignment if applicable + checking all components one by one and replacing with exact match if needed + refinishing the case if needed
* Modifications: Done in specific cases when engineering faults or safety concerns exist (AU-9900, AU-11000 and AU-20000 are prime examples - sound can be improved significantly; Realistic STA-2100 - early series' power amp will fail inevitably unless modded, Phase Linear 700 series - unsafe operation unless heavily modded)
